1. Data we store — and where1. 我们存什么、存在哪

All the information you enter — peak flow readings, reliever use, symptoms, triggers, medications (names and times only), flares, ACT scores, notes and profiles — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database.你输入的一切——峰流速读数、缓解药用量、症状、诱因、用药（仅名称与时间）、加重、ACT 得分、备注与档案——都用 Apple 的设备端数据库 存在你的设备本地。

If you turn on iCloud sync, this data is mirrored to your personal iCloud account (Apple's private CloudKit database) so it can sync across your own devices and survive a phone change. This uses your iCloud, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. • We collect no analytics or usage tracking. Peakmate contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. 3. Device permissions (all optional)3. 设备权限（全部可选）

• Location — if enabled, your approximate location is used once a day to fetch local weather, air quality and pollen (via Apple Weather / WeatherKit). Location is not stored or shared; only the resulting weather values are saved with your records.位置——若开启，你的大致位置每天使用一次，用于获取当地天气、空气质量与花粉（经 Apple 天气 / WeatherKit）。位置不被存储或分享，只有得到的天气数值随你的记录保存。
• Apple Health (HealthKit) — if you connect it, Peakmate reads steps, workouts and sleep to include as factors in your own pattern analysis. If you additionally turn on "Write peak flow & reliever to Apple Health" (a Pro option, off by default), Peakmate writes your peak flow and reliever entries into the Health app so they can flow to your care team or other apps you choose. • Notifications — used only for the reminders and milestones you turn on.通知——仅用于你开启的提醒与里程碑。

Daily weather, air quality and pollen are provided by Apple Weather (WeatherKit) and are subject to Apple's terms. Only the values relevant to your records are stored on your device.每日天气、空气质量与花粉由 Apple 天气（WeatherKit） 提供，受 Apple 条款约束。只有与你记录相关的数值会存在你的设备上。

Pro is offered as a yearly subscription or a one-time purchase, handled entirely by Apple's App Store / StoreKit. We never see your payment details. Purchase validation happens on-device and through Apple.Pro 以年度订阅或一次性买断提供，完全由 Apple 的 App Store / StoreKit 处理。我们绝不接触你的支付信息。购买校验在设备端并经由 Apple 完成。

Peakmate lets a parent or caregiver create and manage profiles for their children and log on their behalf. Any child-related data is entered and controlled by the managing adult and, like all data, stays on the device / the adult's private iCloud. The app is not directed at children for independent use and collects no personal information from children directly.控喘记允许家长或看护人为孩子创建并管理档案、代为记录。任何与儿童相关的数据都由负责的成年人输入与掌控，并如所有数据一样，留在设备 / 该成年人的私有 iCloud 中。本 App 不面向儿童独立使用，也不直接从儿童处收集任何个人信息。

7. Data security & your rights7. 数据安全与你的权利

Your data is protected by iOS on-device encryption; any iCloud copy is encrypted by Apple. Because we keep no copy of your data, you inherently hold full rights over it — access, portability and deletion — including the rights granted under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California). You can export everything at any time (CSV or full JSON backup) from Settings, and delete everything by deleting the records or the app. There is nothing to request from us: your data is already entirely in your hands.你的数据由 iOS 的设备端加密保护；任何 iCloud 副本由 Apple 加密。由于我们不保留你数据的任何副本，你天然对它拥有全部权利——访问、可携带与删除——包括 GDPR（欧盟/英国）与 CCPA/CPRA（加州）所赋予的权利。你随时可在设置里导出全部（CSV 或完整 JSON 备份），删除记录或删除 App 即可删除全部。无需向我们提出任何请求：你的数据本就完全在你手中。

Peakmate is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It records and displays your own numbers and statistical associations, but does not diagnose, treat, predict, or provide medical advice, and does not generate an asthma action plan. Always consult your doctor and follow the action plan you set together; seek urgent care for a severe asthma attack.控喘记是记录工具，不是医疗器械。它记录并呈现你自己的数字与统计关联，但不诊断、不治疗、不预测，也不提供医疗建议，更不生成哮喘行动计划。请始终咨询你的医生并遵循你们共同商定的行动计划；发生严重哮喘发作请立即就医。
